Welcome to brightorbitalium. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at brightorbitalium.world and our fitness programme personalisation algorithm services operated by brightorbitalium d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia with registration number 3698527415.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

Description of Service

brightorbitalium provides fitness programme personalisation algorithms and related services including custom algorithm development, system integration, performance analytics, consultation services, algorithm licensing, and data science solutions for fitness applications.

User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorised such activities or actions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service and notify us in writing. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and brightorbitalium regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and brightorbitalium relating to your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
